Do you know when you have additional information on your credit card statement? This additional information is the soft descriptor. Soft descriptor is nothing more than a little information presented next to the name of the establishment on the card invoice that helps the customer to identify the purchase.
At Cangooroo it has a 13 character limit and what we do is take the first 13 letters of the name of the agency that made the reservation and send it with the payment. Then, if the name of the agency that made the reservation is "Sua Melhor Viagem" next to the name of the establishment, "SuaMelhorViag" will be displayed.
