We have made a new feature available on the Intranet so you can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it. Here's how simple the process is:
- To change or reset your login credentials, at the login screen, click the "Forgot your password?" Link:
- You will then be redirected to a new screen where you must fill in the following data:
Domain: Enter your domain
Username: Enter the username you want to recover the password
- Once you have completed the details, click "Send" and two notifications will appear on the screen to confirm that "Email was sent successfully" and "In the next few minutes, we will send the email to recover the password".
- In a moment, instructions will be sent to your Inbox.
- Clicking the “Recover Password” button redirects you to a page where you can create a new login credential. Choose a password you haven't used with this account yet.
- After creating and confirming the new password, click on "Change Password" to have it saved correctly.
