We provide a module in Cangooroo capable of pointing out possible duplicate reservations. With the new feature active, when a user attempts to book a service at the same time and with the name of the parent Pax as a reservation already registered in the system, clicking "Book" will display a message stating the possible duplication.
After contracting the functionality with our Commercial sector, to make it active, access the menu “Registration”, click on “Setting” and, at the bottom of the page, enable the option “Enable duplicity module”:
