We have included new management reporting options on the Intranet. Get to know each one of them below:
- Blocked report
To access the “Blocked Report”, on the Intranet side menu, click on “Reports”, choose the “Operational” option and click on “Blocked”:
The system will take you to a search screen, offering filters such as "Date period", "Service date", "Service base", "Client", "Supplier", "Category", "Service type" and "City" :
- Special Commission Report
To access the “Special Commission Report”, in the Intranet side menu, click on “Reports”, choose the option “Sales / Commercial” and click on “Special Commission”:
You will be redirected to a search screen with five different criteria. Just fill in at least one of the criteria and click on “Filter”:
- Special Markup Report
To access the “Special Markup Report”, on the Intranet side menu, click on “Reports”, choose the “Sales / Commercial” option and click on “Special Markup”:
The system will take you to a search screen, offering filters such as "Service Base", "Client", "Date Period", "Insertion Date", "Service date", "Service type" and "City":
- Autofill email
Another improvement that we implemented on the Intranet was the automatic filling of the user's email in the process of exporting the reports to Excel. That is, when clicking on the option “Export to Spreadsheet”, the system returns a pop up with the email of the logged user:
The user can add new e-mails in this field or delete his own e-mail, if he is not interested in being one of the recipients.
