As part of the ongoing improvements being made to the Intranet, we have made available a new report that allows you to view all commissions generated within a period or that correspond to a specific Service Base or Customer.


Viewing the report is very simple: just go to the Intranet (intranet.cangooroo.net) and in the left side menu, click "Reports" select the "Financial" option and click "Commissions".

To search, you must complete at least one of the available filters:

  • Insertion Date*
  • Service basis
  • Client
  • Insertion User

The “Date inserted” filter is required. The "Insertion User" filter is only available when an agency/customer is selected. In addition to viewing on-screen content, you can also export your search results to Excel.


The exchange rate presented in each transaction refers to what was in effect on the date the reservation was made. To convert the commission amount, the system uses the default carrier currency corresponding to the day the commission was applied.
