The instructions below are intended to answer possible questions about the various types of ratings a reservation may have on Cangooroo.
See below for booking status options and how you should act in each case:

Pending Cancellation | Doubt if the booking was confirmed or not at the supplier. Attention to possible damages. | In the booking detail, click "Consist" and verify that the system status is the same as the supplier. If different, cancel directly in the vendor portal and then in Cangooroo. | |
Rejected | Booking was not confirmed by the provider. In cases like this, the system will inform you in the comments field why the reservation was not confirmed. | No action is required. | |
The reservation was not generated, so it does not guarantee price and availability. Withdrawal of online payment during the process. | Make the payment of the reservation. | ||
In progress | This status can occur when Cangooroo could not confirm with the vendor, ie it submitted the request and did not get a response from the vendor. If you want to change the status that will be visible to the agency, edit only the information contained in the "System" field. We recommend that Cangooroo users do not edit the status of confirmed booking reservations available in the “Vendors” field. This will allow you to analyze which suppliers have the most rejected reservations or confirmation issues, and can act to resolve the issue.
