Cangooroo now offers a new Cancellation Policy setting option. The “Start of cancellation rule´s penalty” field, which determines the time in advance to start the cancellation rule established by the supplier, allows you to enter values from “0”.
For example, if you only want to use the rules established by the service / product provider, simply enter the value “0” in this field. Prior to this improvement, the minimum time was 7 hours.
To enter the minimum time before the start of the supplier rule, click on "Registration" and, in the "Operator" field, select the "Setting" option. In the “Start of cancellation rule´s penalty” field, enter the number of hours you want:
