As a security measure, we provide functionality to disable agencies that remain for a certain period without interaction with operators' Cangooroo. This setting is optional and the waiting period must be determined by the Operator.
The number of days must be set in each of the agencies, in Cangooroo itself. By default, the functionality is available with a value of “0”, ie no inactivation.
To perform this configuration, go to the “Registration” menu, look for the field “Client” and click on the option “B2B (Agencies)”. Then search for the agency you want to deploy the rule to and click the edit icon:
At the bottom of the page, look for the “Number of days for agency down” option and set the number of days you want. In the example below, if the agency stays more than 10 days without making reservations, it will automatically be unregistered:
Importantly, even if the agency continues to conduct research in Cangooroo, registration will be disabled if it does not make reservations within the stipulated period.
When an inactive agency tries to log in to Cangooroo, an email should be sent to the Carrier and an alert should be displayed on the user's login screen.
For ease of control, we provide a report on the Intranet that lists inactive agencies. The document can be accessed by clicking on the “Reports” menu, choosing the “Operational” option and clicking on “Inactive Clients”:
If you choose to export search results to Excel, simply click on “Export to spreadsheet” and enter an email to which the report should be sent:
It is noteworthy that, for security reasons, the inactive agencies report will only be available to the Operator users who are allowed to reactivate the agency, as this reactivation action is performed directly by the report.
