To make your booking review and approval process faster,, we have changed the names of some system statuses (Cangooroo, Front and Intranet).
These enhancements are intended to alert the system user when a reservation is pending, the resolution of which requires manual action.
See below the changes made:
- We changed the status name “Technical Problem” to “Pending”;
- We changed the status name “Confirmation Issue” to “Pending”;
- We changed the status “Issue on cancellation” to “Pending cancellation”
