This week, we implemented two new features on Cangooroo's agency screen. Know the details of each of them:
Agency Report
We included three information in the agency report, which gave rise to the new columns:
- Call Center ID
- Service Base Name
- CNPJ
To generate the report, go to the “Registration” menu and, in the “Client” field, click on “B2B (Agencies)” and select “Export to CSV”:
Then an Excel report will be generated, gathering the following information from partner agencies:
- Identification ID
- Full name
- Telephone
- Address
- General Email
- Notification Email
- City
- Payment Type (advance or invoiced)
- CNPJ
- Call Center ID
- Service Base Name
