We have implemented an age restriction at Cangooroo for child-related air searches. Now, the age limit is now a maximum of 11 years.
This change occurred because a large number of airline reservations were being rejected or had technical problems, since all airlines charge an adult fare when purchasing tickets for passengers over 12 years old.
When trying to make a reservation, if the customer enters an age for a child over 12, the system will display an alert and automatically change the age entered to 11 years:
